Again, I’ll try to keep this quick, but it’s been a great Turkey Day. I’m thankful for family, good food, and my wonderful husband.

Lunch was eaten in stages. First, a full cartoon of Dr. McDougall’s Minestrone Soup.
It was good, but a bit brothy.
I had a Zevia Twist along the side.
Second, was a fantabulous salad.
This salad was socks-rocking; lettuce base, shredded carrot, lite blue cheese dressing, dried fig, chopped pear.

It was another productive day, I’m on a roll! I stayed up way too late last night so the roll didn’t get started until 10 this morning.
